Account → Receipts lists everything you have been charged, newest first.
Each one is either a Subscription — a plan payment — or a Top-up, and carries its own invoice number.
What the statuses mean

Downloading one
Open an invoice and download it. It shows the amount, the VAT, the total, and your billing address.
Your billing address
Account → Cards and address, under Billing address. It is needed before your first payment, and it appears on every invoice after that.
Set it before you pay if you need invoices in a particular name — for an employer or a sponsor, say.
VAT
Plan and top-up prices are quoted before VAT. VAT is added at checkout, and every invoice shows it as its own line.
