Check the book first
Every answer shows where it came from. Tap that and read the passage yourself.
Often the book says something narrower than the answer did, or you and it are talking about different things. Either way, the book is what you are examined on.
Tell us
Under each answer there are two controls: This answer helped and This answer did not help.
Tap This answer did not help. That tells us which answer, in which course, and we look at it.
You do not need to write anything.
If you want a person
Tap Chat with Idara on your home page. Say which course it was and roughly what you asked.
When it keeps happening on one course
Worth telling us. A course whose material came through badly gives poor answers everywhere, and that is ours to fix rather than yours to work around.
