nounstudy runs in your browser, and you can install it so it opens full screen with its own icon, like any other app on your phone.
Worth doing. It is also what lets you save courses and read them with no data.
On Android
- Open app.nounstudy.com in Chrome.
- Tap the ⋮ menu, top right.
- Tap Install app, or Add to Home screen if that is what you see.
- Tap Install.
Chrome usually offers this by itself, in a bar at the bottom of the screen. Tapping that does the same thing.
You can also install it from your home page in nounstudy — the Add nounstudy to your device section has an Install button.
On iPhone and iPad
- Open app.nounstudy.com in Safari or Chrome.
- Tap Share — the square with an arrow coming out of the top.
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add.
Why it is not in the Play Store or the App Store
There is nothing to download. nounstudy is a website, and installing it this way gives you the icon and the full screen without costing you 40MB and an update every other week.
You also get new versions the moment we release them, without doing anything.
